2nd time I visit. My first time was in 2010 the hotel was amazing service was exceptional and that's why I was aiming for a second visit with kids when j get a chance. Last week I went there for 3 days. The experience wasn't similar. The resort landscape still beautiful but rooms' furniture and amenities becoming old. Service is good but you feel you always have to tip. We had to ask three times for the mini bar to be replenish. Then we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom which freaked out the kids. Of course the management apologized but that's it. Not sure i would come back
