I have a brother with schizoaffective bipolar disorder and when my mother was alive she was dealing with this agency. Now I find myself getting so frustrated working with this apathetic group as I try to help my crazy brother. From the social workers all the way to the directors, be ready for making yourself nuts trying to get anyone to call you back or respond to your family member's needs.
I am glad I am not mentally handicapped because dealing with anyone working at this place would surely make me nuts.
