Packaging needs is an average company. Their website packagingneeds.com.au is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The quality of their packaging materials is decent, but nothing exceptional. I have had a few issues with their customer service - they were not very responsive and it took a long time to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are just an average company in the packaging industry.
