I recently bought a new Acura MDX at Rosenthal Acura. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. I worked with Kenneth Chang and Pete Mishos. I negotiated the price with Pete Mishos and then Kenneth Chang helped with all the paperwork and after all the paperwork was done, he sat with me in my new car and gave me a tutorial on all the "Bells and whistles" the car came with and offered to reteach me if I returned and did not understand anything or had any questions. These gentlemen were a delight to deal with and made the buying experience a very enjoyable one for me.
