Washrooms backed up and not working, long waits for food, rude staff couldn't see the movie due to terrible screen. This business is dying because the care and respect they had in the 60's, 70's, and 80's is gone. I read the replies of the owners comments of the complaints and they didn't appologize for any of the complaints or offer to do anything and quite frankly I am not suprised. They keep this place as bad as the service. I will take the drive to Hamilton next time as I hear that place is better.
