I have been a customer of Lightpoint financial technology for over a year now and I must say their services are average. The platform is user-friendly and the customer support team is helpful, but there are still some areas that need improvement. The app tends to lag sometimes and the trading options are limited. Overall, it's decent but nothing extraordinary.
