The service at Rainbow Spa is average. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the quality of the treatments is nothing special. I was expecting a more luxurious experience based on the reviews I had read online, but it was just average. The massage was mediocre and the facial didn't do much for my skin. Overall, I would say it's a decent spa but not worth the hype.
