The overall experience with Faith and action for strength together (FAST) was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The programs they offer are very beneficial and have helped me to stay motivated and focused. I highly recommend FAST to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health!
