The Illawarra academy of sport has exceeded all my expectations. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The training programs are challenging but highly effective. The facilities are top-of-the-line and provide an excellent environment for improvement. I have seen significant progress in my skills since joining the academy. I would highly recommend it to any serious athlete!
