I have been a customer of Irca service s.p.a. for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. The technicians are usually knowledgeable and able to fix the issues I have with my appliances, but sometimes it takes them longer than expected to arrive. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
