Sadly this company didn't meet expectations. I rung to request course info and dates for my husband. Was told they'd be with me by the end of the day via email.
5 days after this initial contact I have rung each day to advise we're still waiting on the email with course info. Each time I've been politely reassured by various staff members that the info would be sent that day and apologies have been made. Some 7 days later, still no email.
Disappointed, and my husband has made the decision to go elsewhere.
2 stars given as the company were always very polite and courteous on the telephone.
