I've been attending yoga classes at a local studio for a few years now, but after trying out Buddha b yoga center, I'm seriously considering switching over. The instructors here are top-notch, and they really know what they're doing. The classes are challenging but not overwhelming, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The studio itself is beautiful and calming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I highly recommend giving Buddha b yoga center a try!
