I recently used Amano's services and overall, I would say they provided an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but I found their website to be a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The shipping process was also slower than I expected. However, the quality of the product I received was good. In summary, Amano is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
