I never write reviews!!! However I feel like people need to be warned about this company. I transferred schools and the company would not transfer any of my documents or account. Therefore to avoid further complications I paid to get a new account because that was easier then communicating with the employees. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes only to speak to a rude lady who effortlessly repeated the same thing over to me like a robot. I am almost scared that this company has my information for the way they treat their customers . IT DOESN'T COST ANYTHING TO BE NICE..!
