I recently shopped at the online store and overall, I had an okay experience. The website layout was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the selection of products to be quite limited compared to other online stores. The quality of the items I purchased was satisfactory, but nothing really stood out. The prices were fairly average and affordable, which was a plus.

Although the shipping process was smooth, it did take a bit longer than expected for my order to arrive. The customer service was responsive when I had some inquiries about my order, which was appreciated. However, I felt that they could have provided more proactive and detailed updates on the status of my shipment.

In conclusion, my shopping experience with Red label was alright. They have a decent selection of products at reasonable prices, but improvements could be made in terms of product variety and shipment updates.
