The response time was efficient, but the depth of knowledge of their representatives was lacking. Overall, I found the company to be average in terms of quality and value for money. I expected more from a company that bills itself as intellectual ninjas. 🤔 Nonetheless, they could improve their expertise and personalized customer service to meet the expectations of their customers.
