I recently used a real estate service in Portland and had a mixed experience. The website was user-friendly and had some good resources, but I found the communication to be a bit lacking. The agents were friendly, but it was sometimes difficult to reach them or get timely responses. The property listings were decent, but there were a few key features missing from some of the listings. Overall, it was an average experience. I was able to find a property that I liked, but the process could have been smoother. I appreciated the effort, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail.
