They don't know customer-friendliness here. I sometimes had to deliver something to my old employer and always greet them with a friendly hello. They don't look at you and say nothing in return, with the exception of the younger people. The old gentleman with the mustache should get a turn because he is so grumpy that even Marijke Helwegen will get the plague in it!
