The bike I purchased from this company is stylish and well-designed. I appreciate the attention to detail in the design of the bike, as well as the comfortable ride it provides. However, I encountered some issues with the customer service when I needed assistance with a part replacement. It took longer than expected to receive a response, and the resolution process was not as smooth as I had hoped. Nevertheless, I do enjoy riding my bike and the overall quality is satisfactory.
