I recently used this company's services and found their website to be easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and updates on the progress of my order. 😕 The customer service was not very responsive, and it took longer than expected to receive my items. On a positive note, the quality of the product was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and timely delivery.
