The experience with Oscar Velasco was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend trying their tasting menu, it's a true culinary adventure. The attention to detail in every dish is impressive, and the flavors are out of this world. The ambiance of the restaurant is also very elegant and cozy. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience and I can't wait to go back.
