I recently stayed at Nishimuraya and I must say it was an incredible experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the facilities were top-notch. The traditional Japanese room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the hot springs were simply amazing. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of traditional Japanese dishes to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend Nishimuraya for anyone looking for an authentic Japanese ryokan experience.
