If I could give no stars I would, our Jeep was taken in last Tuesday to be looked at for a rattling noise we had been hearing when driving it. Originally, they said that they wouldn't even look at it until that Friday to begin to diagnose the issue but that they would call my boyfriend. By Friday, still nothing at all, they hadn't even looked at it yet, we tried being patient because of the flooding we have had in Katy we know some places are probably still busy. But now it is Tuesday and he called and was simply told they still have not even diagnosed his vehicle. Every time he tried to call and see what the status was he was either told that the woman who is the service rep wasn't there or that she'd call him back, which she has never done. This is extremely unprofessional and infuriating for us as his jeep is what he uses for work on a daily basis where he's driving most of the day. And with all issues he's already had with his vehicle, now adding that this is the "level" of service one can expect, he's contemplating selling his vehicle just to avoid any vehicle issues and dealing with this place.
