I went to get my first a oil change on January 18t...

I went to get my first a oil change on January 18th (6,000 miles) and after getting my brand new jeep back (2 hours later), I was driving on Grand Parkway and my engine started making horrible noise, which made my truck shake bad. After about 20 miles, my truck broke down on the side of the freeway . Come to find out, the service department never put oil in my new jeep. i drove it for 20 miles without any oil. The dealership gave me loaner vehicle after towing my brand new jeep, and they tried to get me to sign falsified paperwork stating that they did put oil in during the servicing. After arguing with the assistant manager Chase, I requesting to see the video surveillance showing that oil was placed in my truck. I was notified on January 24th by the Service Manager Rudy (Good guy), that they DIDNOT put oil in my truck. After that, I complained to the corporate office and request a brand new jeep/car since they destroyed my new one. I'm currently waiting to hear from the general manager to see what the resolution will be. I'm in the process of getting legal services to replace my jeep with a new one, since it was it's first oil change. They would like for me to take my broken jeep, but I'm refusing to do so.
