I spoke to Pauline with Affiliated Insurance. She could not have been more rude or less helpful. I was calling for assistance with a current plan. She was clearly not interested in helping me since I wasn't calling to set up a new plan with her company. She told me to go to a Florida Blue store, when my issue was one that she could have helped with. I would not recommend doing business with this agency.
