SUSPENDED!!!!! by California Bar? Is this true? 2 ...

SUSPENDED!!!!! by California Bar? Is this true? 2 years, with 1year suspended and 3 years probation. YES IT IS!!
I didn't think what I experienced was a one time thing and low and behold it wasn't.
My BAD business dealings with John are not the same as he was suspended for, but a lot of similarities in my experience resemble the pattern in the compliant's. I didn't have my credit card charged WITHOUT authorization, but the way my case was handled and payments that were questionable at best. I will be looking into contacting BAR also. This all happened about the same time period.
In the 2 cases brought against John by the State BAR they say he "willfully violated Business and Professions Code", committed an act "Involving Moral Turpitude" " Dishonesty" "or Corruption" "collected Illegal Fees" "charged illegal fees"
Sounds like the allegations should have Criminal charges attached, sure looks like Forgery, Fraud, I'm sure there are others.
