The Tower of London, officially Her Majesty's Royal Palace and Fortress of the Tower of London has to be on your visiting list if you are in London. Full of history, it started of as the White Tower shortly after 1066. Of course the Crown Jewels are on show here and are well guarded so no chance of walking out with a Crown . A bit pricey to get in but most things are these days but this is well worth it.
