Worst customer service ever from an apparent manager whose name is Elisa!
I was going to try this place but I felt discouraged after attempting to make a reservation with this company's representative Elisa.

After being treated so rudely by her, I spoke to one of the owners, Jorge and he told me that he never had a complaint about her.

I don't know if she was having a bad day, but there is no excuse to ever treat a customer in such a disrespectful way as she did. I think it isn't worth it to even try this place after being treated in such a rude way.

I told Elisa I was going to leave a review about her bad service and she didn't care neither apologized.
I would not recommend this entertainment service!
