I had an overall average experience with Sutton Alfred. The customer service was okay, but I feel like there is room for improvement. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected. The quality of their products is decent, but I have seen better options elsewhere. I would say they are an average company overall.
