Service is sometimes slow, but the food is typically good and they try to source things locally.

Update. I still love that they try to source things locally, but this is the second time in a row that we were there where service was really slow. (and on a Monday evening) I could tell that my burger had been under a heat lamp for a while as the lettuce was warm and the bun was hard on the side that was up. My girlfriends tuna was undercooked and the kids wrap was cold. This was all after waiting 50 minutes for our food. They had this problem before and it seemed to clear up, but unfortunately, it appears to be back.
