I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for a service tech to call regarding a newly installed furnace not shutting off, from the thermostat and the unit itself. My house is extremely hot temp is at 84 and climbing. I have called two times to get customer svc reps give me the run around. If I had known service response is so poor would have gone to their competitors. All other reviews on here my advice to you is that there is no need for lying. Customer Service is poor and needs improvement and you should say so! Reviews could not be true if I am going through this. They can take back their unit and I will contact BGE Home and get true reliable service.
