I have refinanced my home 3 times in the last 10 years and this last time I got referred by a buddy of mine to work with the friendly people at east coast mortgage. the first 2 times i worked with quicken loans and that whole process was a nightmare. working with the team at east coast they closed my loan in 2 weeks saved me a bunch of money and even got me my very first appraisal waiver.
