I decided to give this place a second chance !! After spending thousands of dollars with them before . Won a few items , called about fifty times until I got someone to answer my call and after leaving voice mails !!! Asked for my items to be shipped , that was a month ago nothing yet .
Either you have someone stealing people's items or your shipping manager is bad for business . Never again
