I brought my car in for an inspection to identify what I suspected was a problem with the transmission. My car was only in for a day or two, and I was told they would get back to me with a diagnosis and repair. I waited a few days, called back a few times and emailed. I got one response after 3 weeks of calling and emailing... and was told they would call back. Needless to say, it didn't happen...

I'm not sure if I would have liked their service or not, since I was never contacted by the person who inspected my car. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I felt my experience was negative enough to compel me.

//Update// I'm bumping up one star because they did reach out to me to fix the problem. I've moved on, but I was really hoping for better communication throughout.
