Joburg Water is the most in-humane company in South Africa!
They come to install a new water meter because the old one was broken and they switched off my water for more than 24 hours. No one cares! No one answers emails!
We made several calls. They say they coming and never arrived.
Water is a human right. I have taken action as the poor leadership and competency of the technicians and staff is appauling.
