Well when the system works it works well the tech guys do a great job. They need more tech guys and after a CEO change the service has got worse. My biggest problem is that Billing just cant get it together and their is a new rule change every month. You have to find out about after the fact. And I find that the upgrade in speed on my tower will not happen. So I pay the same price for 2 megs as some pay for 5 due to the tower. I was told when I Signed up in 2017 I would get that offer in the next year. Not going to happen. Your supposed to get a free month with a referral good luck with that as well. The home office has a shaky feel at best. I would guess that have a upper Management problem.
