Complaints of poor radio reception were not really addressed. I understand that in the Ankeny area it may be difficult to tell when a signal is weak, but since my truck had hail damage reaiered in July of 2012 by a reputable body shop my reception has greatly diminished. Rear speakers went out at approximately the same time. A reported blown speaker in the front left was dismissed by the tech I dealt wth, but it is clearly not working properly. All of this seems to have happened in a short time frame which leads me to think that something may be wrong with the actual radio. I would hate to spend the quoted $400+ dollars to replace the antenna cable and not clear up my reception problem. Not sure yet how I will remedy this radio/speaker issue.
