I must say that my experience with Kite Interactive Technologies Pvt. Ltd has been average. Although their website, kitedubai.com, looks great and professional, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow, and sometimes I had to wait for days before getting a reply. Additionally, the pricing of their services was on the higher side compared to their competitors. However, I liked the quality of their work and the attention to detail they provided.
