I had a mixed experience with Urban Therapy LLC. The customer service was excellent, but the product quality was average. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing and left my hair feeling soft and clean. However, I didn't notice any significant improvement in the overall health of my hair. The packaging was also nice and sleek. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
