I had an overall average experience with Swivel. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was adequate. However, the product itself fell short of my expectations. It lacked some key features and the quality was not as high as I had hoped. I appreciate the effort put into the design, but it needs improvement. I hope Swivel takes customer feedback into consideration and makes the necessary changes to make it a great product.
