Diamond Graphics is a very bad place to work I would not recommend anybody to ever work there especially if you are color of person because they're going to treat you differently I've been working there for the past going on 3 years only to be treated so unfair. Only to be terminated in the end for protecting myself. But the messed up part about it is they have employees there that pushes other employees on the floor and they're still there and nothing is done about it but if you are a person of color and something like that happens to you you're terminated no warning no nothing. You have managers that won't even take up for you then you have a HR lady that really doesn't know anything but just assumed and whatever you have to say it's always wrong so you're never going to be right in their situation.
