As a CUSTOMER who recently visited Shadows Dark Room LLC, I must say that their service was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room itself lacked the wow factor. It was a bit dark and the props could use some updating. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a company with such a spooky reputation. I hope they improve in the future.
