I had a mixed experience with Rtm Products Inc. The quality of their products is great, but their customer service needs improvement. The website is easy to navigate and I found the product I was looking for quickly. However, when I had a question about the product, their customer support was not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Rtm Products Inc. was average.
