I have been attending meditation classes at this Zen Center for over a year now and it has been a truly transformative experience. The teachings are insightful and the instructors are knowledgeable and compassionate. The New Haven Zen Center, INC has provided me with the tools and guidance to cultivate mindfulness in my daily life. I can't recommend it enough!
