I recently used Strategy by Design for a project and they did an average job. While they delivered the expected result, their work lacked attention to detail and creativity. I expected more from a company that claims to be experts in design. The team was professional and responsive, but I felt that they could have done better. In terms of value for money, it was just okay. I would consider working with them again only if I couldn't find any other alternatives.
