Since I have joined the academy, I have learned to be patient with my training, and my physical limits. I would like to thank my older kung fu brothers and sisters for their support. The academy is definatley one of the most welcoming and knowledgable of its kind in Plantation, and I highly recommend it to anyone who may be looking for learning self defense or a great way to get fit.
