The best udon soup I have ever eaten. The tempura pieces were flaky and melted in your mouth. This is a must have when you are in Asheville. In fact, I crave it anytime I pass another sushi restaurant. The service was okay, which happens occasionally at any restaurants. (Servers have bad days too)
