An order was canceled and delivery refused/canceled in transit. BJ's lost an item in their logistic supply chain and is now refusing to issue a refund, until they received the item in their warehouse.
If you purchase an item through BJ's On-line and cancel be aware BJ's logistical and delivery process is not member friendly.
