I have been a customer of Needham Funds for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The website is user-friendly and it is easy to navigate through different sections. However, I find their customer support to be lacking. There have been multiple instances where I had to wait for a long time to get my queries answered. Overall, Needham Funds is an okay company to invest with.
