The customer service at Finca Tropical is mediocre...

The customer service at Finca Tropical is mediocre at best. I had a difficult time getting in touch with a representative and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. The rates they offer are also higher than what I expected. Overall, I would not recommend this company.
